Like the title says...
On the side of school and the GuitarLounge site I've been working my ass off recording and mixing this new song. I just looked up when it was that I started recording the first guitar tracks for it, 25th of Feburary! Such a long time ago :O
This is the first track that I've done on Mac with the Apogee Duet and I really went in for it totally to do really do the best of the best that I'm capable of doing... recording, mixing and producing.
I've been working a couple of days with a friend over in Sweden now, he's doing the mastering of the track... it's really at the end now, just some small adjustments and it should be done.
AND IT'S SUCH A JOY
I've been struggling and tearing my hair to get it as good as possible with my knowledges. And the feeling I just got when I heard the first sketch that I had made the 25th of February (it sounded like crap, very horrible ) and compared it to the mastered version I got from Sweden yesterday. I just sat here with a big grin, I never thought it would end up this good I guess I've never been this proud of anything I've done musically... ever. Yet I don't even know if anyone else will find it good 
Well, I just had to share my joy! I'll make sure to post it when it's ready!
