I am not a biggie on using these a lot but when I need them they are there . These are really great sounding too , I have had this set up now since 2003/04 and it's worked great no problems at all so far for 8 years . I beat it up a lot .

This set up has worked with out a hitch now for 8 years .

Digitech GNX4 :

It's a super fast set up and breakdown with no clutter , I love that .

No longer made , ebay is where you can still get one consistently , I like mine so much I am getting another one for back up .

Really built well too with a heavy metal chassis . I have seen some modded too as well with really great results .

Maybe I will get individual ( stomps ) , ones of those I use from that list .

Sincerely :

Hurricane Ramon

I'm just glad I don't have to figure out that board!

Mine is about $500 for the board/cables/pedals. Not too bad.

Re: It's that time again - what are you into your board for?

~$1,200 for the MIDI controller, expression pedals, and PedalTrain Pro.

Re: It's that time again - what are you into your board for?

SD Pickup Booster - $80 about 8 years ago.
EHX Hot Tubes - $190 about 8 years ago.
ISP Decimator G String - $220 about a year ago.
Korg Pitchblack - Gift from the other guitar player in my band. (:D)
SD Shape Shifter - $100 used a few months ago.
EXH Screaming Bird - $40 last month, about $10 to modify with a switch that goes between stock cap values or darker cap values.
Short cables - about $60 worth of them.

Still need to add a power supply and actually make a "board."

So, $700, not including the gift tuner, sans power supply, and I am not even a pedal head. God, pedals are a hassle. An expensive ****ing hassle for very little improvement. This is why I quit using them a few years ago. Now this bandmate of mine has got me back at it. Yuck!

Re: It's that time again - what are you into your board for?

Yo Jerry...I think he was just asking about the board, not all the pedals you own!

All my pedals are on boards, or will be. I have three dedicated boards right now. A PT Mini ( or nano, forget which) for my four Maxon pedals which is my grab n'go. Another My dedicated for Marshall board which is a Pt-SC2, I think it is.
Then I have a Pt-JR for 5 or six pedals I jam/practice with, and am currently looking at getting another Ptsc, but the three , which is a new version thats between the Pro and the Ptsc-2. This one will be for some powered Ibanez pedals and some of the Duncan pedals, and finally I'll need a dedicated fuzz board, probably another PT-jr.

Re: It's that time again - what are you into your board for?

Godlyke Power All - $50
Crybaby - $75
NS-2 - $100

Nova Repeater - $175
breakout box - $25
patch cables - $15 or 20
Ikea shelf, bookends, rubber feet + hardware (this makes up the actual BOARD) - $20

total: $725. Damn. :eyecrazy:

Lolz ohz Gerrrrry.... you're like the Different Strokes of SDUGF.

Watchu talkin bout Gerry ...

Re: It's that time again - what are you into your board for?

Sometimes I wonder if he hasn't had a few different strokes...

Re: It's that time again - what are you into your board for?

I have 2 pedals total. $130 worth to be exact, and $40 of that didn't come out of my pocket. Just a boost and a tuner, I like to keep it somewhat simple. I'm hoping to pick up a new Dunlop Cantrell wah somewhere between now and june.

Re: It's that time again - what are you into your board for?

Saw a similar thread on TGP, and did the math... yikes.

PT-1 - $130
PPII+ - $170
Korg Pitchblack - $100
Analogman Sunface NKT275 - $280
Wampler Ego Comp - $200
Xotic BB Preamp - $170
Dr Scientist The Elements - $195*
Catalinbread RAH - $190
Fuzzhugger Algal Bloom XS - $150*
Voodoo Labs Micro Vibe - $150*
Diamond Memory Lane Jr - $280
Cusack Tap a Whirl V3 - $275
TC Hall of Fame - $145
Custom cables (forgot these) - $100

Total: Yeesh, $2535

* - In the mail/being built/backordered (in that order)

I'm also waiting for the TC Alter Ego to get back in stock. So that will bring my total up to $2700. Once I order that, I'm done for a long time.

Wow... didn't realize how much I've spent. Of course, I've sold many of my old pedals, and while I've bought all of those pedals new, almost all of them were bought on some sale or another. The only ones I paid full retail were the Pitchblack, the Fuzzhugger (custom built), the Sunface (custom built) and the Cusack. I'm probably into my board for close to $2000.

All those, just to play through some crappy. old, SF Bassman....?

Boss DD-20 - $239.00
Boss RV5 - $50 (yep...sold from a girl who didn't know how much it's worth)

$1377.70 for me. About as much as my amp was used... haha
