Yep its nail biting time around here. That said... we've spoken with more than a dozen Kickstarter project people that were successfully funded, and they all told us that the last week was the most amazing. ... so we wait.
now WHILE we are waiting.. We have been very busy in the background.
I will say, that some investors have come forward to POSSIBLY step in and make this happen even if kickstarter fails.. ( Plan B)
ALSO, there is talk amoung we 3 here in the shop, that we might redo the kickstarter project with the goal number lowered to the number that we do reach, this may mean the price per guitar goes up some. (Plan C)
there is another project site called
http://www.indiegogo.com/ that has less rules about the "final goal" than Kickstarter. We may redo our project to fit their model ( Plan D)
point being, We don't give up that easy. we've fought for this thing now for 5 years and the losses we've incurred are staggering and irreplacable. So We are SERIOUSLY INVESTED in this project. and WE WILL MAKE THESE GUITARS!
