This is a dual rail pickup. It was included on early-mid 90's dinky reverses and fusion std's.

Is it hot? Was it worth the ten bucks I paid for it?

it's super-heavy weight wise. It looks great too, like those new scott ian pickups

Cheap Jackson MIJ Humbucker.. quite high output and not really that bad IIRC...

Easily worth 20 bucks if you like the way it sounds, just barely worth 10 otherwise

Well, I'm at the office right now, plus I really don't have a spot in a guitar for it at the moment. Someday, I'll tell everybody how it sounds.
