it looks like the only major differences are the magnets. the antiquity I set has alnico 2 and will be a little more smooth sounding and the antiquity II set has alnico 5 rods so it will be a little more lively and a little more like the typical jag sound. both are excellent pickups i am sure, it just depends on what sound you want out of your guitar.
