Re: Jam Results

lee was that finger picked? it sounds quite smooth

keano that sounds huge!

sly D's part is cool too

mines sloppy :(

Re: Jam Results

Ok I added times above. I alwas find it fascinating to what people come up with to the same tune. thanks Nuntius I doubled it. I dig sly D's. Good change up Lee. Good job all!

Re: Jam Results

No it was with a plectrum/pick. I just chose a smooth clean tone as I thought everyone else would.

Re: Jam Results

lol i had two sections to mine, one clean and one distorted but i was only allowed one one so i chose the distorted.

ah well, i wanted both coz it was slightly structured but then again i didnt read the post which said one only ! :)

Re: Jam Results

what equipment was everyone using?

i used my gordon smith into a line 6 guitar port

Re: Jam Results

thought it was the EMG's, it reminded me slightly of the tone zakk wylde gets on "a bridge to cross" a ballad tune off 1919 eternal

great tone :)

Re: Jam Results

RGN, slyD, and Nuntius, that was shredtacular!!! The whole thing sounded so dreary, though. Why not a more upbeat jam? It's raining where I'm at right now, so maybe that's why...

Re: Jam Results

Wow . . . this was good! I don't think it sounded "dreary" at all . . . more "heartfelt". :)

It is amazing what independent musicians can come up with.
