That's lookin pretty sweet man! That is one hell of a nice lookin piece of maple on the top. Can't wait to see what it looks like when you get it finished.

I put an A5 in the GFS A2 classic to better match the bridge pickup, and i flipped it to where the pups are in phase.

The electronics are done. Now it's time to stain and finish.

got some transfast wood dye from woodcraft and started experimenting on a scrap piece.

here's the VERY FIRST coat of black before sanding.

i mixed a little bit of green in with the blue. this is the first coat of color after sanding.

Looks great.

I like your playing style.....bridge pickup seems like it needs more oomph though - can the heights be played with a bit??

I'm putting a 250k pot on it when i put it back together. The 500k is too ice-picky with a tele bridge pup.

Pity you couldn't get a 250k resistor and solder it so its only in circuit for the bridge pickup. The neck sounded really tasty with the 500k

that's why i used 2 volumes and a master tone. i wish i had tone 2 tones as well.
