Jazz-Blues Impro

StrangeSound

GlossesForNothin'
Hi all.

This is just a small improvisation over a backingtrack. Just for fun and a first-take. The guitar I used was a strat copy, nothing special, but I like the tone.

Click me Enjoy! :)

Thank you very much. I just tried some more experiments :)

Re: Jazz-Blues Impro

That was really cool man, the tone is great and the playings great as well - I really enjoyed it :D

Re: Jazz-Blues Impro

Thank you nuntius. I messed up a bit, cause there is no melody, but thats improvising I guess. :)

Re: Jazz-Blues Impro

Very nice.... I like the fluid tone. It flows very nicely throughout the track. Reminds me a bit of Mike Stern.

Re: Jazz-Blues Impro

Gee, this is why this board is so cool. Every once in a while, a guy comes in with some cool licks and great playing... I REALLY like your clip StrangeSound. Great job! The tone is so good... is this a single coil pickup ? Which position of the switch on the strat? I really think I should get a Strat someday...

Very impressive man, keep on posting! :)

Re: Jazz-Blues Impro

Thank you so much :) Yeah it was a Singlecoil (Neck-Position).
It´s just a Stratcopy, even #2 and #4 are humming but it still sounds good(didn´t change the stock pups; dunno what pups are in).
Yeah I also want a "real" Strat, that´ll be awesome.

I think next time I will post something with my Ibanez.

Thank you. :smoker:
