Jazz bridge in neck position? Comment on sound

How will this this sound? I thought that being a bridge position pickup, it would slightly offset the naturally bright nature of the Jazz. I also thought that the slightly increased output of the bridge would be desirable.

I'm planning on putting it in the neck position of a Les Paul.

Let me know what you think.

Come on guys....surely one of you would have tried this before.

It'll just sound a little louder and a little darker in tone. More output usually equals more bass and less highs. That was my experience when I replaced a neck Seth Lover with a Seth Lover bridge pickup as a neck pickup. Lew

I tried this with a guitar I had, I put the Jazz bridge in the neck, and it was not very nice. Very muddy and muffled sounding.
