Jb mini Wireing

I am wanting to wire in a jb mini to my strat deluxe that has the personality cards. The pickups are plug and play but my jb is not so I need to know the correct wireing for the bridge position.if I put it in with my fat 50s they are a 2 wire pick up. If I put it with my noiseless they are 3. The mini is a 4 wire plus shield

Most likely, the JB Jr would be installed with red & white soldered together and taped off, bare and green is the ground, and black is the hot. You have to translate that to your wiring. I am not sure how those pickups are installed..could you share a pic? Does it use some weird connector?

I don’t have one at the moment but I will get one soon
There is a circuit board inside in which you just plug in each pick up
Either a 2 or a 3wire
Easy swaps
I have read somewhere though about fender wireing backwards so Ives read some twist the black and green together and run the red and the white respectively?

Well, Fender wiring is out of phase with the JB Jr, so you'd just reverse black and green (bare still to ground, red & white still connected together).
