JB spec lists DC Resistance as 16.4 K Ohms. Can this be correct?

I am trying to compare the output of a JB Duncan SH-4 with a DiMarzio Humbucker From Hell DP156 (both bridge position).

The JB is listed as 16.4 Kohm while the HFM is listed as 5.89 Kohm

Is there a mV Output spec for the JB anywhere?

Yes they both make sense in terms of resistance. However output in MV isn't strictly determined by resistance. According to these numbers the JB weighs in at around 737mv.

the resistance has little to do with output. BKP blackhawks are only 8k but will bury a JB. Dimarzio Super 3's are 22k and are about equal to a JB.

There are MV specs for the JB but you cannot compare them to Dimarzios. The test methods were completely different under different conditions. There are issues with the duncan MV specs anyways, with some odd inconsistencies among the list, I wouldnt trust them at all for anything. Dimarzios system works well enough to compare dimarzios to dimarzios
