Yeah it is. I don't have the specs but I'll ask Seymour - I believe they were original Fender pups that he re-wound probably sometime around '67.

By the way, this guitar is for sale, asking price: $1,300,000

There is some video of Seymour playing it, some Hendrix esque feedback and the opening to Purple Haze. The feedback through the Marshall sounded pretty spot on.

Did you guys notice the cheesey thin disc style tone caps? Certainly not the Russian NOS ones they sell on eBay for inflated prices. Hendrix still got good tone with them.:)

My 1966 Strat had the same capacitor in it when I bought it. It sounded great. In fact, when I swapped the entire wiring harness out for a newer Fender harness that had dishback CTS pots and "chicklet" type caps, it didn't sound so good, so I put the disc cap back.

There is definitely something different about those large, old disc capacitors and the little cheap discs now. The newer little cheap ones do not release a consistent charge, so they measure all over the map, which doesn't seem to help tone any.
