Hello! I recently upgraded pickups in my Les Paul Studio to PGB/JazzN, and also installed them using Triple Shots for coil split / parallel sounds. My aim here was to audition each sound to determine which I liked and would actually use so that I could do a full wiring upgrade with push/pulls and sell the TS set.
So now I've figured it out, but I'm struggling to understand the details of Jimmy Page wiring. I've seen quite a few diagrams, as well as a few lists that describe each and every combination, but the diagrams are all different and the lists aren't attached to specific diagrams. I'd also like to wire it 50s style, and I'm having trouble finding diagrams for that.
So what I want is Jimmy Page wiring with 50s style for treble retention at lower volumes. I also want the slug coil to be active for the neck split, and either one on the bridge (from what I've seen, the pickup that is wired to the phase switch can use either coil).
Any diagrams out there for such a thing, or at least one that is close enough to be modified?
