JJN Silencer P90 wiring question

I was expecting the braided wire normally found on a P90 but this has 3 wires----bare, white & black.

I'm assuming black is hot, bare is ground......what the fart is white?

i assume the bare is the chassis ground, and the black and white are the coil wires. so black hot, white ground? but bare to ground always

Yes I think white is ground too
