They are really decals. They are very thin on the surface, and a nice matching gloss.

That's awesome. I almost bought that exact guitar just recently but got a js32 king v instead. I have that a js34q hss dinky as well. I like jackson and a really really like that orange they do. Nice choice of decal and placement too.

That's where i'm at. Those work on Ace's axe pretty well. I had a Billy Gibbons autograph from '96 i taped to my amp for a while though.

It's a new white king v with the black bevels and floyd. black and white humbuckers that I changed out for and 81 and 85. Deleted the tone pot. Moved the volume to the tone location. Gonna put in a kill switch when I decide which one someday. Black and white checkered strap cus it makes it so much easier to play. I have 4 guitars and I've done stuff to all of them. I kinda just like to mod stuff. I have a black and red ibanez that has a biohazard and radiation stickers kinda just like yours. That's why I looked in the first place.

It has a certain vibe. Do you play a lot of D minor on it?

Not sure why you are asking....but since you did, my shredderificness has actually been focussed on the following tonal centers of late, on this axe:

D Dorian
A Mixolydian w/ Chromatics
E Pentatonic minor utilizing vertical single string paths and tapping
plus whammy harmonic Pulls/Dives

I like it but I would have went with the biohazard symbol on an orange guitar. The nuclear symbol would be perfect for a bright yellow one.
