Slight delay, folks. I decided to test fit everything before the paint job was complete, and I realize that the two 12-way rotary switches and their respective caps are simply too cramped once installed in the enclosure. It technically fits, but it's nuts in there – way too cramped. I fear it will cause shorts if anything gets moved out of position during use. Rather than getting a larger enclosure, I'll convert to 6-way switches before sending it out (since the plan was to go to at least half as many caps in the end anyhow).
To those who have PM'd me, I have got all your messages, and will get back to you when I have something interesting to report.
