OK, even though I havent posted pics yet I finally got my strat (s/s/s) modded with a tb-4 in the bridge position (pics will be soon). now I just realized I still have the stock 250k pot in there...should I go to 500k? I just thought about this but the thing is it's a strat with maple fingerboard (so its pretty bright) and the Custom is a pretty bright pickup so do you thnk the 250k pot is sort of taming it? I do liek the sound now but I want your opinions.

P.S....ok, I love the tone.

If you love the tone, leave it the way it is... if you want the tone brighter after all, get a 500k pot

Yup. I run all my guitars with 250k pots. It just mellows the highs very subtley.

Thnaks guys, I'll just leave it lie kthat because of what I said about the brightness issue.
