Re: juststrings.com

Yep, I ordered alot of strings about a week ago, no problems at all, they came very fast too.

Re: juststrings.com

Well i got the bulk sets, compared to the blues, they are a little less lively after a large amount of playing, somewhat fatter. They last longer it seems though. The Intonation and the Truss Rod/Action all that isnt set up for the gauges ive changed to though, so im gonna get that fixed, its kind of hard to tell right now.

Re: juststrings.com

I do two orders a year from webstrings.com of 10's and 11's. They always show up faster than I think they normally would and sound great. More than once someone was convinced I was still using Ernie Balls. For well under $3.00 a set it's a tough deal to beat.

Re: juststrings.com

Christian,
I have used them and had no complaints what so ever. Quick service also!!!

Re: juststrings.com

The DR's are not priced low enough for me to bother.
I have a Guitar Center 200 feet from my office, tho :)

Re: juststrings.com

As long as MF continues to sell Everly Rockers 5 pack for 10 bucks, I'll likely not shop anywhere else.

Re: juststrings.com

I order strings from them about twice a year, sometimes 3 times.

16 guitars, restrung about once a month, on average 6$ a pack
(16x4x6$+35$)x1.2= 502.80$

If I were to buy them locally, I´d be paying (the euro equivalent of) 10$ a pack
16x4x10$=640$

almost 140 bucks cheaper that way, and I can get the guages and Manufacturers (in other words DR Tite Fits in 12-52 and Custom guage, and GHS Boomers in 7-string 10-60) I want when I want them, i.e. NOW ;)

International customers just need to buy a few more sets at a time before the savings make it worth the effort, and the more you buy the more you save ;)

Can anyone here honestly tell me they've tried these and don't like them? I've never heard one bad review on these strings. They don't last forever, but the two months or three months I get out of them is just pure excellence.

I've never tried these brand..but I did wonder whether the "medium"s you linked too are typical 10-46 guage? Doesn't say.

I may give these a try, as I prefer going up to 10-46 on 24.75" scale guitars.

Are these 2-3 months of vigorous home playing, or 2-3 months of garage jams that result in sweat soaked strings? Any set of strings can last me 3 months...as long as i dont jam with my band on them....in that case strings turn pitch black after 2 practices.

Re: juststrings.com

lol,

and scott, by the way, you can get them for 4 bucks and change at strings and beyond and juststrings.com....the B52's go for cheaper than the rockers at MF at those sites....

The MF price is for a 5-pack, not sure about the other sites.

You can click on the image to view a larger size, and the package says 10-46.
