Kahler Bass thread is 1/4"- 28 (aka 1/4 UNP aka 1/4" fine thread - the kahler SPYDER 's size, of all things), took me hours and hours poring through hundreds of search results to finally find... Whammy world lists it wrong. Anyone know if they actually sell and ship the right one and just mislist it in the online catalogue? Cuz not 100% sure, but it seems like proper bass models have a longer arm than the guitar Kahler Spyder one?
Or should i just make my own? Any advice on what best to mount on the Stainless 1/4" -28 hex bolt i found and confirmed to match for the lever part - and how to mount, if welding can be avoided? Double nuts holding a big spoon handle with a hole to the bolt's head? Or better to jam on a socket wrench (like truss rod pipe style, but bigger handle) on the bolt head and crush it on in a vice to seize it up?? Other?
