Worst I ever got bit was from a hot chassis on an old CRT TV. That knocked my dickie in the dirt. Taken a few more over the years, most were my fault, none nearly as bad as that TV.

The old CRT TVs were great for extreme voltages and current. I had a flyback coil arc onto a screw driver I was holding about half an inch away from it. It exited through one of my fingers into the chassis section nearest to my finger , leaving two little burn marks that looked like a snake bite. I've had many high voltage shocks since I was about eleven. I 'm surprised I'm still here some days.

Ha!

I pulled out a fuse from my old place after switching off the sauna instead of the mains. Holy **** i tell you what that hurt it also threw me to the ground i've never felt anything like it. :smack:

Ever had a hit from an ignition coil/spark plug lead? I felt like some one was throwing dirt at me, effing weird !

A/C and D/C can both kill you but for different reasons. Relatively low voltage A/C can disrupt your heartbeat. Higher voltage D/C, as can be encountered in tube amps and antique televisions, can blow you up. Look up "Tesla vs Edison" on YouTube for examples.

Yeah haha. Did you have the car running and one of the leads plugged into your pinky finger?
