Kemper vs axe effects

Im running a bugera 333xl infinium head. im a huge supporter of tubes. best sound in my opinion. im starting to get into the 8+ string guitars. I had an agile 9 string and my rig didnt quite handle the lows. i tried to run an acoustic b115 cab along with my marhsall cab and it didn't cut it. I've been told to get an active crossover and run a bass amp as well. that sounds like a bit of a pain. I've also heard that the axe effects and kemper style amps can handle the wide range of an 8+ string guitar. whats the pro's and con's of the two. aside form the price which is pretty high but if itll do what i need it to do i suppose its worth it. ive never been a fan of the digital stuff, which is why i'm so skeptical.

Kemper is a profiler - People profile mic'd up amps and upload them to the Kemper site. You can also profile your own rig. If you're having a hard time getting a good sound out of your rig, you're limited to what people upload.

Axe FX is a modeler, arguably the best one out there. You dial in your own sound.

Both of them can sound amazing, they can also both sound horrible. :D

Consistent sound all the time, no more worrying about it changing cos of the room or using a different cab each night if sharing (for live shows). Easier to transport, as lugging around 4x12's take its toll. More storage space and you can get studio tones live pretty much on the fly.

I use a Fractal, but great sounds out of Kempers, too (many SD demo videos were done with Kempers). You have to essentially break down your idea of how to get a great guitar sound to understand how they work. But if you like consistency, light weight and perfect sound every time you plug in, that is what these things excel at.
