has anyone tried a Kent Armstrong PAF style pickup. If so are they trash. Im needing a pickup for my old epiphone, it's not a good guitar at all but i do like to pratice with it. Would the pickup at least be worth that. I saw them for sale at like 25$ is that about right

I have one that I was using in the neck of my guitar at one point and it was great IMO. Much better than the Duncan '59 which was not nearly as well balanced. I think it was the 213M model I think??? I forget but it was very good in the neck.
