This is the faded SG I bought as a husk from AniMal a couple of years ago... never liked the faded look but a friend took it away and stripped off the finish, stained it and added some clear coat....




I have a SD Custom A8 in the bridge and a Dimarzio Gravity Storm in the neck and a Gibson TP6 fine tuning tailpiece - Gibson/Grover replacement tuners came from the Good Karma thread!

Well, as a old Brit I realize its best to use some local slang to get you to read the post and comment on the photos!
Sometimes I like to say this was taken in the map room but its really in a hallway and is a full size map of the world must be at least 6 feet high...

I like to mix and match - I have an Alternative 8 and a Norton in another guitar-that sounds pretty big and hairy too when its being run flat out... and thats a big part of the fun of being a guitarist!

Thanks...It came in four pieces and was a real bugger to match up - the map must be at least 8 foot tall by 12 foot wide!
Did you see my new Tele btw?
