Got a couple of PM's asking why I deleted my rave review of the Wampler Ecstacy.
Two reasons: I'm going to take it to the gig tonight and try it onstage and also I want to compare it to the KoT that's sitting down at the Post Office waiting for me to pick up Monday morning.
But I've played the Wampler quite a bit at home now and I really do think that for me, a blues player looking for a cleanish boost that he can leave on all the time and go from clean to overdrive with just his guitar's volume control, the Ecstacy is the best pedal I've ever used.
We'll see how it does with a band tonight!
