kramer 1984

Re: kramer 1984

It was actually a Pacer. The original Kramer issued the baretta, calling it the Van Halen model, which had a single hum and floyd. However, his own guitars were actually Pacer bodies.

The new Kramer 1984 guitars are supposed to be replicas of his personal guitar. I've heard mixed reviews about them.

there's alot of info on http://www.vintagekramer.com

I don`t ever remember the Baretta being called the Van Halen model in any of the ads from the `80s , was it advertised in Kramer catalogs as the Van Halen guitar? I`ve heard the recent Kramer 1984 is a nice guitar when it`s set up right.

ive been looking around for a super strat van halen stlye guitar, is EVH's main 5150 a berreta or 1984 kramer?
when EVH hokked up with kramer originally it was to endorse the rockinger locking trem, this was before floyd rose came out with his.
in the earliest kramer ad's EVH was seen holding a kramer pacer imperial even though he never played that one on stage or in the studio?

then he started to use thier necks on his original frankie.
after that he wanted to build a kramer signature axe
