Got my hands one the other day, I'll borrow it for some days.
This is one serious amp.

I had one, didn't like it much. The clean channel was nice and crunched up good, but the drive channel was too grainy for me.

Cool! hope you enjoy it.. can you record any clips? I want to see how it actually compares to my VC50 since its "supposed" to be the combo version of it.

I had one for about a year before I sold it to get my Orange AD30. It sounded really cool.. I used a compressor and a parametric equalizer on the distortion channel to tighten up the sound a bit. It was also one of the loudest amps I've ever owned.. I played shows with the volume set at about 3.5. :saeek:

I sold it to get the orange because I just wanted something simpler and a bit warmer sounding. The VH100R was a bit bright for my tastes after a while.

I'm gonna use it with a 4x12 G12H equipped cab, I like opensounding amps
Sorry got no means to record it this time around, our studio is out of town next week.

So, how are you liking it so far Rid? Im kind of curious to what you would say since im sure you have had experience with many high quality amps.

Sofar marvelous clean channel.
And with the G12's...the drive...wow!!!
Anyone who knows Matthias Eklundh from Freak Kitchen??
It is that drive I can get
I'll have to get this amp later on.
