Late night studio improv jam, Gibson Les Paul, Guess the amp

This was recorded after a session was finished. complete improv, it hasn't even been mixed yet, we just recorded it, saved it, bounced it to .wav, then went home. The levels aren't set yet , but it's just a jam. Not the greatest. It was late and we had a shortage of coffee. And the drums sound horrible. We used the school's kit they had on hand.

Guess the amp, it's a 1x12 Tube Combo made by a major manufacturer at about mid gain, and at parts clean. Played with a Gibson Les Paul Gothic. I know there are tons of amps out there that it could be, but tell me what you think it sounds LIKE.

I'm listening to it now, Dr. X. It owns! Nice groove, bro - great playing. Tone should be brought out more, it sounds a bit harsh when its too low in the mix. That being said, its unmixed! Please mix

It was done on pro tools with a mac, so that's not happenin' until I'm in the studio again.

Yeah I realized the smart thing to do would have been remove it from my sig ahead of time.

Like the groove but it was a bit too distorted for my tastes. If you have used a slight overdrive I think your skills had come throught better.

Nice playing anyway!!

crap, sorry I forgot to mention that's not actually me playing on this one, it's my buddy testa who also pops in on this board every so often. I had to be behind the board to record. I'll get some of me playing with these guys later though. They are all good buds of mine.
