Alright. I said gitarz, dammit. I'm going to find Dave with the rickenbacher and fretless fender and all his other chit. This is what I want to learn.

Re: Learning Guitars that aren't Fenders or LPs

I don't know, but I can't stand Bruce, so you'd have to give me a time on the video or show me a screen shot. I can't watch 30 seconds much less 22 minutes.

I don’t care for him either. Back in the 80s my band (the Jetsonz) was playing at the Fast Lane in Asbury Park, NJ, and Bruce always jammed with this cover band Cats on a Smooth Surface at the Stone Pony. So our manager, who knew Bruce, talked me into going to see him, insisting after I see him perform I’ll change my opinion.

After the set he asked me what I thought. I said I liked the band better before Bruce came on stage! Lol just not my cup of tea.

I'm not a sheep, am I? I can't figure out why I'm the only one of three people I know that like him, but it seems like half the rest of the world does !!!! I have been trying to figure this out for a long time.

Anyway, I'm looking for the dg that had listed in his gear rickenbacher, fretless Fender, and much more interesting stuff. Don't remember the thread, but that's exactly what I'd like to see here to further my education. I have a feeling the Rickenback is what I thought was a Gretsch one time. So, you see my point. Inquiring minds want to know.

Just trying to learn guitars. At least I know what a St. Vincent looks like.

Still have the same opinion? I bet so, coz I liked him better young and raw more than semi-polished. And I realize he's 3rd guitar, but the man has a lot to do !!! Do you know how many redheads are in NJ???? That was tacky. He's still one of my heroes, but Bonnie tops him. And Lucinda. And Samantha. And yes I'm female.

I know I am not the Dave you are looking for.

Found him. Thanks. It's actually dg
Altho it's always nice to see you!
I asked him to come teach a class and explain his gear coz that's way more fun than google. . .
I guess he thinks I'm nuts

I would play that. Oh, and the instrument too.

Dirty old man. I told bf I was gonna quit buggin him about accordions (found antique here wood and ivory and missed it) and more guitars, I just need this. No response. So now your mission is, should you decide to accept it, is to prevent my death from lack of a 35th ed. '80 Cadi w/3 humbuckers.

In pink. :friday:
Joking. Black is my favorite color. Especially when that's all it comes in.
