He was an emergant amp guru, one of the original dudes of the 80's like Soldano, Jim Kelly . He designed a Crate Stealth, which sounds great like a hotrod Marshall, but infortunatley I've had bad luck with reliabilty of the Lee Jackson designed Stealth 50. For no seeming reason, my Stealth crapped out on me tonight. Too bad, cause its my onliest hot rod Marshall sound.
I suppose this is what you get for relying on a Crate? Maybe thats what did in Lee Jackson ( from Austin Tx) and made him dissapear off the radar from the cream of the crop designers?
