I was just thinking.... a Jazz bridge/Alnico II Pro neck Les Paul would probably sound f*cking sweet. Anyone use this combo in a Les Paul?

Not yet, but I will in a few days. I'm going to replace the 59' I have in my LP bridge with one of Jolly's Jazz(b) to see if I like it. I know I love the APH neck.

Let me know how it sounds. I would ask for clips, but I don't have a sound card....

I've had this recent fascination with low output buckers in Les Pauls. You can get that sweet sing, but you can also get Slash tones from the APH neck and Jolly tons from Jazz bridge. Versitile as hell, wouldn't you say?

Should be very versatile. I want to try it!!! Or at least get a great review from Jeff.

Or maybe a delivery of his Les Paul for free would be nice.... oh well. There's so many combos I want to try in a Paul....

Jazz/APH
Custom/Jazz
Custom Custom/Seth
Custom/DD
DD/'59
Custom 5/'59
'59/PG
Demon/Jazz

God.... going to have to save a lot of money. Those are in order too. All preferably in a Les Paul.
