Let Go Of My Leg (Tele/Semi thru D'Lite 22)

After dialing my OD trimmer down to a little over 11:00, I tried my Schecter Tele (Left) and Yamaha SA2000 semi-hollow (Right) on the D'Lite 22 w/6V6 through the OD channel. It's against a John Findlay (I think I'm right) backing track. Both are on OD channel recorded with no compression ... just mastered with a limiter.

Played though a 2x10 sealed Eminence cabinet.

I was beginning to get sick with the flu last night while laying the tracks down. Full on sick today but I was tired of sleeping so a mixed/mastered. I will probably listen later and decide I should have waited. :)

wow!
Very nice phrasing man.
Love the snap on the tone.
Kinda duane allman (the raw snap tone) meats bb king (some of the phrasing)
Really dig it, makes me wanna jam, is there a chance you make the backing track available?
Thanks for the clip

Thanks ... if you listen to 3:40 to the end (when the BT gets low in the mix) you get a representation of what the amp really sounds like. I'm having trouble capturing what I'm hearing when everything is "up in the mix". Still leearning how to record this puppy.

I actually found a link at TGP that turned out to be a treasure of high quality backing tracks at http://lorenlingren.com/backings/ This one is listed as JohnFindlaysCoolBT and my recent summertime.mp3 is there too. Not sure who put them together but ... check out the rest too ... they're great.
