Let’s see those Marshall Amps Modded or Clones

I'm sure the amp is wonderful and all, but the fact that you have a green sparkle SG makes you my hero! I once missed an entire philosophy because I was daydreaming about...a green sparkle SG. Seriously. I have never seen one before.
Good thing yours is a lefty or I might start a life of crime

Thanks - it's a 2008 Custom Shop '61 LP/SG Reissue.

Gibson CS put out a bunch of models with different sparkle paint jobs that year.

Since Mike’s target tone for his crunch channels was aimed at the JMP, here are my Soldanos. Plus, the Chrome Dome custom amp is a JTM style circuit with Adam’s touches built in.

Now THAT is hot! Soldanos are as rare as hen's teeth over here, but I played a HR 50+ about a decade ago, and I have heard nothing that sounded as good since.

Thanks!

That Astroverb combo in front started my obsession with Soldanos over to 20 years ago, but couldn’t afford another one until a couple of years ago when I ordered the HR 25. Then, when Mike announced his retirement, I snatched up the Decatone on top. I really wish I’d had the budget for an SLO at that point, but I’d just payed out good money on a high end Collings acoustic that I’d had my eye on for a while, and the wife was gracious enough to allow the money on the Decatone at the time.

View attachment 99714View attachment 99713Here is my rare and a smoking sounding Rockitt Retro 68 Plexi 50 Watt Clone Rockstah Mod 5(last modded Marshall that Mark Abrahamiam modded before he passed away RIP my friend).Van Halen 1 sound all day long....

I have a 50 Watt Rockitt Retro too! The only mods I had done to the original Marshall design was add in the post-phase-inverter master volume and the FX loop. The amp is an absolute fire-breathing beast. The tone is exactly what I think of when I think of my ideal amp. Black Rose by Thin Lizzy is way too fun to play out of this thing. I just run the guitar straight in.

Guitars:
'98 Gibson Les Paul Standard w/ Monty PAFs (Set)
'95 Fender American Strat w/ Klein '63s (Set)
'05 Fender American Tele w/ Seymour Antiquity (Bridge) and Fender Stock (Neck)
'05 Gibson '67 Flying V Reissue w/ Dimarzio SD (Bridge) and Seymour Jazz (Neck)

Amps:
Rockitt Retro 2x12 Cab w/ Greenbacks

Rockitt Retro RR50 w/ PPIMV & FX Loop
(I'm plugged into the Normal Channel, but jumping the High Treble in a bit)
-Presence at 2.5
-Bass at 3.5
-Middle at 10
-Treble at 9
-High Treble Volume at 5
-Normal Volume at 9

I leave the Master Vol around 5
