Lew, is it possible to order pickups from you with different magnets?

I might want to order an alnico2 JB/Jazz set one day for my les paul, can you do this for me and send it ready or is there a better way to go about it or should i just do it myself?

I do have some alnico 4 magnets in stock. They're expensive but will give your humbucker a brighter, clearer but also edgier tone. They're $10. each.

Alnico 2 JB's would be a Duncan Custom Shop item...you could call MJ and she'd put one together for you.

Altering one by putting in an alnico 2 magnet yourself, or if I did it for you, would void the warranty.

I don't really have time to take pickups apart and alter them for you anyway...I hardly have time anymore to work on my own guitars!

I would do as Lew suggested and have MJ do it. Alternatively, you could do it yourself. It's pretty easy and you'll like the results.
