I bought mine from rondo too. The cases are't bad quailty wise. There also not built like an ATA type case either. For my board I got a piece of plywood that fit inside and attached my pedals to that. Then just put the plywood piece in there and used the rondo case for transport purposes.

When you say it's "not built like an ATA case", how sturdy is the Rondo case? I mean, I wouldn't drop it down the stairs but I'd want it to hold up pretty well.
Is the inside of the lid flat, or is it angled like the Core Equipment boards?
