Has anyone put a lil59 for tele in the bridge pickup of as strat (I know it requires additional holes drilled in the pickguard). What is your opinion of it?
I was thinking of setting the strat up with a lil59 for tele, duckbucker, and lil 59 for strat in the neck (or maybe JB jr). Basically an everything set with a lil59 for tele rather than a JB jr in the bridge
Finally, I was going to wire the 5 way switch with 1, 3, 5 as the individual pickups, with either 2 or 4 as bridge and neck. What would be a good final combo. I had a duosonic with a 59 for strat and a duckbucker and the duckbucker was overwhelmed by the 59 so i am not sure combos with the duckbucker work well.
