I just bought a DL4 for my amp in my study and I'm not sure if I quite like it. I will continue to tweak and play with it, but I wouldn't mind some insight from you all as well
It seems that any model I choose and settings I use pull my guitar and sound to the background if that makes any sense. Now maybe all delays do this, I don't know. The only one I've ever used is my old Roland GP8 effects processor for my big amp down stairs. On that, I can set the delay so that it doesn't pull my guitar to the background and is just enough to add some fullness to my tone. I got the DL4 to use several presets as well as the looper as that all appealed to me.
I'm just wondering if those who have some experience with these can share some of their favorite settings and anything that doesn't put my guitar in the background so to speak. Thanks!
