Anyone one of these guys? I'm seriously considering picking one up as a practice/writing tool. For the past couple of months I've been using the hold mode of my Boss DD-7 to layer chord progressions and melodies, then practicing scales/modes on top and have really seen a large spike in my playing ability, comfort, and creativity.
The only other mode I really use is the analog delay, so I'm wondering if I might be happier overall with the Line 6 Looper for practice and writing and then a nice analog delay like the Carbon Copy on my pedalboard. Can anyone comment on the Line 6 unit's ease of use? Quality/variation of built-in tracks? How flexible/usable are the drum tracks, they certainly seem like they'd add more life to chord vamps, etc.
