Hi,
Im thinking about getting a Tele, I like the twang of the pickups I need something more versatile. I need a lipstick sized humbucker, open for suggestions about them if any.

I think he means standard Tele neck size, which is often incorrectly referred to as a lipstick pickup.

Tele’s are pretty gosh darn versatile out of the box.

There is the Vintage Stack Tele, and from the Custom Shop, the 5-2 Stack Tele. There is also a neck version of the BG1400.
If you need it to have a humbucking tone, you'd have to talk to the Custom Shop about that.

Yup, that's right. A 'lipstick pickup' usually means something different.
