Little help? H+S 3 way wiring diagram.

It's odd, I have not been able to find this diagram anywhere and would appreciate any help I could get.
Wiring diagram is required for a Tele I am building, like the pick below.

SC neck
HB bridge
Three way switch (HB, HB+SC, SC)
1 master volume push/pull (up position coil split HB, the coil closest to the bridge).

250k pot, all passive.

Any help would be so good!

Yeah, you won't find exactly that diagram ready to go because everything you're asking could be worked out by just looking at a couple different diagrams together.

Look at this diagram for doing the split on the volume:

And look at this for doing two pickups with a 3-way switch.

Alternatively, with a Freeway 3X3-03 selector switch, you could do away with the push-pull pot AND grab yourself another two sounds.
