Little help with 3 way toggle mini switch on/on/on

I was working on a little project of mine and everything went as expected, except that on position 1 and 2 on the toggle switch all the pickups are activated and the 3 position works as a kill switch. My idea was that on

position 1: texas special x2 and the pearly gates are activated along with the standard 5 way switch
position 2: adds custom custom to whatever is going on
position 3: only the custom custom is activated

can any genius see what i am doing wrong on this diagram that i drawed (sorry for bad drawing) ?

On position #3 of the mini sw. it looks like you've got both coils of the CC completely grounded. I assume that the black wire in your diagram is actually the white wire from the CC and is soldered to to the red wire. It appears that you are using the green wire as your lead, but when the mini is in position #3 that lead wire grounded out on the back of the pot...thus you have no lead coming from the CC going anywhere in the circuit.

Remove the wire coming from the middle of the mini from the back of the pot and solder it to the input lug of the pot. The pink wire from the 5 way switch should go to the upper right lug of the mini.

Also, it looks like you are only able to get the split coil of the Pearly. The way you've got the 5 way wired also doesn't seem correct.

Tell us exactly what you want to acheive in each of the positions of the 5 way sw., and what you are trying to acheive with the push/pull and we can help you.

i will draw for you this scheme in hour.
tell me what do you whant to get at 5 way switch and what at 3 way toggle (your bed drawing is really bed -seems like you have grounded to much).
but doesn't matter, i can draw this for you

ok I've check it through.
It seems that you have splited also wrong perly gates.
Keep it and go along this diagram:

Thanks a lot guys, i really appreciate you taking your time and help me out. I'll try wire this diagram later today and see how it is working, again thanks a lot for your time

the main idea nehind this was that on the
5 way switch: postion 1 texas special neck
position 2 texas special neck and TS middle
position 3 TS middle
position 4 TS middle and pearly gates
position 5 pearly gates

i was also trying the treble bleed mod on the volume pot, that was the reason behind the capacitor and resistor

the mini 3 way toggle switch was suppost to in position 1 : only the PU who are connected to the 5 way switch (TS x2 and pearly gates)
position 2 : adds custom custom to whatever is selected on the 5 way switch
position 3 : only custom custom is activated

yes apperantly we do and geniuses who are willing to find time to assist the others you can't put a price on that!
