livewire SCs - how do you ID between them?

title says it all really - if you have a LW heavy metal in one hand and a LW classic in the other, how would you tell which was which? are they stickered?

and what about position-wise?

Dont really know, but you could test them with a multimeter/ohmeter dealie however you do it, and see which one is hotter?

you can't measure actives with a multimeter

i'll just have to install it and trust my ears...

Since they're active, there's an onboard preamp, so you wouldn't actually be measuring the resistance of the coil. :gurmpy:
