Wattage High Voltologist Jul 13, 2004 #21 Re: Locking tuning machines suck! I love them too and all mine are Schallers. Sounds like you have some wear in there if the piece isn't retracting. Try removing the screw piece and cleaning it and see if that doesn't help.
