Looking for a hot rails plastic casing

Hi everyone
I inherited a hot rail pick up and would like to install it in one of my strats. It doesn’t have a plastic casing which means I can’t mount it. Does anyone have an idea where I could find a casing or how else to mount this?

I had thought that the modern Hot Rails cover is glued on and really hard to get off.

Did not know that. If anyone knows how to get it off it is the CS. Or maybe it is a repair job he will have to ship.

That's the older style rails. I think they changed the rails design in the mid 2000s. There never was a "plastic casing" or housing on the pickup you have. The pickup you inherited has been modified - the plastic base plate has had material removed, which included removing the mounting holes for pickup screws.

This is not my pic, just one I found on the web, which gives you an idea of that the baseplate normally looks like for that era of hotrails.
