It will be darker just by nature of the position. Between that, the extra inductance from the higher number of turns and the larger-diameter screws with large hex caps (though I don't know what the permeability is), the resonant frequncy will also be lower, which will also make it less bright.

Bridge pickups sound a whole lot darker in the neck position, plus the magnet swap and the larger hex screws will affect the tone as well. The resulting pickup might not be too insanely dark, but the bass and volume would be pretty intense, especially for the neck.
