looking for a pair of vintage style humbuckers for an agile lp style

Re: looking for a pair of vintage style humbuckers for an agile lp style

Don't get a roller bridge, the one you have is fine. Its not the birdge where bigsbys go out of tune: you will find that the 6 strings gently rock the bridge a little so rollers dont really help much. However - do get a graph tech nut, get it set up nicely and get a stick of chap stick (or nut sauce if you want to spend 20 bucks). Bigsbys are surprisingly stable if you have the nut set up correctly. Also if you don't want to drill a hole in the top to accommodate the B70, check out the Towner down tension bar http://townerusa.com/ and maybe a b60 instead. Alternatively, you could look at getting a vibra-mate http://www.vibramate.com/index.php and a B5 - they also make a model that works with a b7 on a les paul, but your guitar might be slightly different dimensions to a lester.

This guitar came frlm the factory with a graph tech tusq nut and the graph tech nvs2 bridge with string saver saddles so I think for the time being I will keep it stock and I had considered the vibramate system if i add the bigsby i am still in the air as i will prob buy a dearmond m75t or m77t
