Looking for a small neck pickup

Hello there. Sorry if this was covered here but the forum search function doesn't seem to be working for me.

I have a guitar for PAF-and-light-strings applications, and I would be some degree happier if I could find a neck pickup with a sound that is similarly melodious but smaller. It's hard to play in my hand/arm position and tone preference without hitting the neck humbucker, and if I could have something maybe more like a Tele neck pickup size, it would be easier to avoid hitting it.
Or even Strat size, although the Strat sound is not what this guitar is for.

Not spiky, not dull, just a nice pretty tone. And small.

Anyone have any recommendations?

What guitar is it? You could take a look at a mini humbucker, or perhaps one of the jr humbuckers SD do

There is the little 59 for Strat but I don't think it sounds that much like the real thing.

Or maybe a mini humbucker (LP Deluxe or Firebird style).

Oh, sorry, it's an Affinity Squier Strat. I like the smaller body, although it needed a bigger neck.

I was thinking maybe about going all the way to a Tele neck pickup. Never played a Tele but there seem to be people who like them.

I have a couple of those "Duncan Designed" mini-humbuckers that were OEM on some model of Tele. They sound kind of bright.
