Looking for Ibanez V-2 w/ 3 mounting screws

It's obvious what I want. The early Ibanez V-2 pickups in double cream. They look like DiMarzio Super D's (with two rows of black allen screw polepieces), and with the all important 3 mounting screws - 2 on the treble side,1 on the bass. Stamped V-2 into the brass bass plate. If you have the mounting rings - even better.

Let's make a deal if'n you have any.

If you find any please let me know where!

I have a V7 I’d like to install in a friends guitar and all of the mounting screws I have are too narrow.

I'm not interested in paying stupid money for one with less than 2 inches of lead and no mounting ring. I've seen some as high as $145. I wanna USE the damn thing, not put it in a museum display or make love to it.

I had the same problem with my V4 pickups the solution was pretty simple. I put the pickup on a piece of metal and lightly tapped the screw holes with a hammer. This closed them up. I then gently rethreaded the screw holes with a tiny wood screw just about a turn. This was enough to give the new screws something to bite on. The pickup has been installed and removed over twenty years multiple times and I haven't had to repeat the procedure.

metric 3 mm are standard
Carvin and some others use the Metric 4 mm

you may be able to find them at the parts store

take the pickup with you to the store
once you find the right size
find the length
and get a handfull

I had to do that with my Carvins
i may have an extra screw

oh I do one chrome and one black
