The only MIM hardtail I know of is the (discontinued) Delonge. Keep your eye out for one on ebay, they are great guitars to mod.

TC...am I crazy or have I seen a delonge with a trem? Also...what are those routed for?

the only trem model delonge guitars are his personal ones and the fakes that and ebayer "cutom shop 951" makes...very shady guy...he takes squires and puts fender 70's style headstock logos on them and a tom delonge style one hum pickguard with an invader in them and watches the auctions price soar since he never once mentiones the guitars are all squires in the auction...shady shady shady!!

No doubt!! I have modded a few and they are sweet axes!!!! I am waiting for Tom Delonge to become a distant memory so I can pick one up for cheap!!!!
I have seen kids bid those things up to way too high of prices!!!

Yep, at least there is a MIM version along with a Custom Shop version (I think it's the Custom Shop...). It's such a great guitar stock, that it'll make you do a double-take. :laugh2:

haha oh boy, tom delonge. yeah i figured i'd ask here 'cause kids are paying rediculous prices for anything that has his damn name on it (even those crappy squires). that sounds like a sweet body davidd but i'm looking for something much cheaper, thanks for the offer though. oh by the way, nice way to keep it at the top boys :bigthumb:

oh, i forgot to mention i'm not JUST looking for MIM hardtail bodies. possibly even squire and def MIA if the price is low. I'm basically looking for a hardtail strat body under or around $75--not easy to come by i know but i figured i'd try.
