Looking for opinions/clips - Laney Iommi (GH100TI)

The title pretty much says it all....

....is it capable of getting that trashy/loose/fuzzy sound Iommi has on early Black Sabbath (ie, the tone on War Pigs)?

We stock Laney in the shop.We have a 4x12" 1/2 stack you could check out for an idea of Laney quality when you pick up your selector ring.

Haha! I figured I was going to get reminded of the ring. It's the ADD....whenever I think about it, either I get distracted and forget, or it's late and the shops closed. :blackeye:

I fired off an email looking for price quotes on the GH100TI and GH100L, just so I can compare the two pricewise, but I'll be sure to stop in and see how the Laney's in stock sound. I've rocked one of the combos in there before, but never the half-stack.

I guy I know has an Iommi head . . . but his is an import from overseas I think. They should be the same though. It was kool, but just check the price tag, as it's not extremely versatile (tho that may not matter). It does do the Sabbath thing pretty darn well though.

ive always been curious about those. it is iommi's amp after all, cant be too bad, eh?

i cant remember how he sounded on ozzfest, i coulda been declared legally dead after priest finished
