Looking for technical help, please- swapping out JB for ‘78 Model

Guitar is a Kramer 84 Baretta with Floyd Rose and a single volume control with push-pull parallel coil tap. I’m ordering the 78 from Seymour Duncan’s custom shop.

1) Since it has a Floyd, I’m assuming I need a trembucker. Is that correct?

2) For the hookup cable option on the order form, do I need a single conductor or four conductor?

3) Considering I wire the 78 just as the JB currently is, will I still retain the split/parallel coil tap function with the 78?

I tried contacting SD a few days ago with my questions but still have not heard back.

Thanks!

If you get a four wire trembucker and wire it the same as the JB that's in there now, it should work the same.

Welcome to the forum!
I was confused about the push-pull parallel coil tap. What does it do? Put the pickup in parallel? Split it? A switch to put both pickups in series?

Thank you! From what I understand, it switches the pickup to either parallel or series.
